William Carr Antiques already had an established website, but it was primarily a showcase rather than a functioning ecommerce platform. Customers could browse the business online, but there was no way to purchase products directly through the site.

The existing website also lacked product filtering and a clear category structure, making it difficult for visitors to navigate a growing collection of antiques and quickly find what they were looking for.

The goal was to create a more useful, intuitive website that could showcase the full collection while giving customers a straightforward way to browse and enquire about products.
